Ricky Grenis

Editor, My Honest Pick · Philadelphia

Hi, I'm Ricky Grenis, the editor behind My Honest Pick.

I've worked across a lot of industries, including financial services, and spent about 10 years in wine, at large wineries and in e-commerce, trying thousands and thousands of bottles along the way. What stuck with me: people need the right information, in the right way, before they trust a purchase online.

More

So I review products in a handful of categories and give you what you need to know, tailored to you. How we pick comes from my views, and my name is on it. Every number shows its source and date, and commission never moves a pick up the list.

Why e-bikes first? They're an environmentally friendly, cost-efficient way to get around and get some exercise. I live in Philadelphia, and they're a great way to get around a city.

No conflicts: I have no ties to any e-bike brand or seller.

I'm a husband and a father of two boys. Philosophy at the University of Chicago (go Maroons!), MBA from the University of Virginia (Wahoo Wah!). I've lived in New York, Virginia, New Jersey, Chicago, Oakland and now Philadelphia. I'm into chess, technology and ideas.
